Business Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist sales and telemarketing teams with daily activities
- Provide Executive Assistance to the president, tracking all tasks, prioritizing them, meeting with him and maintaining status updates
- Manage the process of each machine deal following the checklist including accounting, lien searches and releases, and coordination with sales team and customers
- Manage day-to-day accounting and work with accountant on monthly and quarterly basis
- Manage vendor and advertiser accounts
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work-based experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and competency with web-based customer relationship management software
- Process-oriented mindset, ability to manage details while maintaining a strategic perspective
- A self-starter, while also functioning well in a team environment

Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads by engaging potential customers through phone calls, email, and in-person meetings
- Follow-up on all inquiries received on machines
- Identify and promote available machines
- Manage the specifics of the sale, such as pricing, scheduling, and shipping logistics
- Manage assigned entry-level lead generator and develop their skills to gather leads and take machines to market
- Participate in weekly and monthly sales team meetings
- Attend continuing education and industry meetings as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience – manufacturing machinery sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and competency with web-based customer relationship management (CRM) software
